Our Team

All of our Management Team work out in the homes of our service users as well as in their management role. As a Company we feel that this is very important.

Managing Director / Registered Manager

Natalie was one of the joint Founders of the Company and has been the Managing Director since its origination in August 2000.  She holds an NVQ Level 4 in Care.

Jack Horner
Director / Responsible Individual

Andrew (aka Jack) joined the Company in October 2012 after being on the side-lines for the previous 10 years as partner to Natalie.  It seemed only right he should join as Head of Quality and Marketing.  His background was in Print Management for many years.  He is currently studying for his Level 5 in Leadership and Management within Health and Social Care.

Staff Co-ordinator

Jackie joined the Company in 2001 as a Support Worker but has been our Staff Co-ordinator since 2003.  Previously she had worked in the provision of care since 1995. Jackie has an NVQ 2&3 in Care.

Wages Assistant

Sylvia has worked for Prime Care as a Support Worker since 2013, because of the skills she acquired running her own family business, Sylvia now supports Natalie with various administration tasks such as our payroll preparation.

Tracey Bass
Staff Mentor

Tracey has both personal and professional experience in the provision of care. She worked for us a number of years ago as a Support Worker and returned to us in 2014 to assist new staff, through ongoing supervision and observations, to ensure that our staff are supported in their first 12 months of employment.

Tracey has an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

Sarah Bland
Client Relationship Manager

Sarah supports Natalie in her role as the Registered Manager. Sarah has worked for Prime Care since 2012 progressing into this role after joining us a support worker. She has her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and is currently studying for her Level 5 in Leadership and Management within Health and Social Care. She helps to deliver our induction, moving and handling and medication training and is involved in our implementation of the Care Certificate. She supports all of our clients and families with their care needs and requirements.

Administrator

Vicky joined us in 2012 as a Support Worker.  In 2014 she became our Administrator.  She has an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
