Our services are designed for both the elderly person and also people with a physical or learning disability who want to maintain their independence and have a better quality of life. All tasks are undertaken by our team of Support Workers who undergo a Criminal Record check and receive continuous training and supervision in order to provide service users with the highest quality of care.
Dignity and respect are at the heart of the services we offer. All staff are asked to sign up to be a "Dignity Champion", when they start employment with us and as an organisation we embrace the 10 Point Dignity Challenge as part of The Dignity in Care campaign.
Due to the rise in the number of service users we now have with Dementia, we ask all staff to attend a Dementia Friends session with our own Dementia Champion.
